Weightloss Hopeful

Join me on my weightloss journey. Starting at 220lbs on Janurary 19th 2010. My goal is to get down to 115lbs by Summer 2011. That may seem like a really long time, but I want to take it very slowly. It's been proven that when you lose weight slowly you have a better chance of keeping it off. This is lifelong change happening within me. I've been overweight-obese for most of my life. This change is not an option failure is no longer a possibility. Please join me on my adventure. Thanks :)
