Join me on my weightloss journey. Starting at 220lbs on Janurary 19th 2010. My goal is to get down to 115lbs by Summer 2011. That may seem like a really long time, but I want to take it very slowly. It's been proven that when you lose weight slowly you have a better chance of keeping it off. This is lifelong change happening within me. I've been overweight-obese for most of my life. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not
our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the
world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't
feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not
just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we
unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated
from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
Thats right. If you eat 500 less calories than you daily caloric intake you will lose 1 pound a week, without even exercising. If you exercise while cutting calories you will lose more weight. You still have to consume a some claories, vitamins and minerals to have energy to work out and function. I recommend you get a multi-vitamin, such as Solaray.
